Professional Services Consultant, Zero Trust Services Location: Hybrid, Sydney, Australia

Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code.
Overview: As a Professional Services Consultant for Zero Trust Services / SASE, you will be responsible for the technical execution of solutions and guidance to our customers to get the most value possible from their Cloudflare investment.
You are a security expert with experience in ZTNA, Data Loss Prevention, Email security, CASB, and SASE.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver timely and organized services for customers, ensuring they see the full value in Cloudflare's products.Gather business and technical requirements to build, migrate, and deliver a solution, producing necessary documentation and artifacts.Implement changes in the Cloudflare environment according to the customer's change management process.Troubleshoot implementation issues, collaborating with Customer Support and Engineering.Contribute to knowledge sharing activities and support building operational assets.Experience might include: 5+ years in a customer-facing technical implementation or onboarding team.Understanding of OSI model layers and protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP).Deep knowledge of Internet and Security technologies (SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs).Familiarity with SSO, ADFS, LDAP, and SAML.Performance aspects of an Internet property (Speed, Latency, Caching).Experience with network transformation technologies (MPLS, SD-WAN).Fluency in English and a second regional language.Demonstrated technical experience: Working with Reverse & Forward proxies, Content Filtering & DLP technologies.Software distribution & deployment in Microsoft, Mac, and Linux environments.Knowledge of web-based security, network segmentation, and security proxies.Troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and Linux client endpoints.Debugging network connectivity issues using troubleshooting tools.Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, AzureAD, and Intune.Experience with Zero Trust Implementation and understanding of Zero Trust Frameworks.Understanding of regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, etc.)
