About The Opportunity: You will support the marketing team in delivering strategic goals and the overarching content strategy at Adairs, while working collaboratively with stakeholders to fulfill the social and influencer strategies to support BAU and seasonal campaigns across multiple channels.
How you will spend your day: Locking in exciting collaborations for influencer activity Creating, monitoring and optimising paid social media ads Reporting on performance of paid activity Thinking of new creative to upload to our paid social media channels Supporting the Social Media Coordinator with organic social media content Supporting the capturing of in-store content About You: Experience in digital and social marketing; including the management of influencer relationships Experience with reporting and insights on paid ad campaigns and influencer results Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok A creative thinker, strong communicator and passionate about all things social Experience within the retail sector or within an agency is desirable What To Expect At Adairs: Our people are everything to us, and we're big believers in making our workplace fun and energising.
