The Role You Could Play Join our MECCA Sunshine Plaza team as the store's Operations Manager where you'll be responsible for the operational processes that ensure the store is organised, well presented and enables our customers to have a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.
With a passion and extensive experience to manage our stock and back-of-house operations, your responsibilities will be to:
Nurture and develop a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for ensuring all operational procedures and visual merchandising standards are metLead, train and empower all team members on operational processes to ensure they know how to execute our operations to a high standardManage the end-to-end stock management process to ensure the store is always in an optimal stock positionEnsure our store is consistently meeting OH&S standards, keeping our team members and customers safe at all timesManage the store's entire inventory (live, non-line and collateral)Lead all stock takes and analyse results to provide recommendations on how to improve both the process and our stock levelsEnsure the store's compliance with Loss Prevention requirements, supporting our team members comfortability in applying these concepts on the floorManage and execute all visual merchandising of the storeWhat You Will Bring You will love this role if thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love to get into the nitty gritty detail of ensuring our operations are as smooth as they can be so our customers can have a seamless experience.

Extensive experience in operations, with at least 2 years managing teams in a retail environmentDemonstrated ability and a passion for leading and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectationsStrong stock and non-stock operations knowledge, with the ability to empower store teams to ensure effective and consistent operations across the storeExceptional communication and organisational skillsA meticulous attention to detail and passion for problem solvingFamiliar with process optimisation (e.g.
