Legrand is seeking a talented QA & Product Compliance Manager to join our respected team.
Reporting directly to the R&D Director, you will oversee all quality assurance and product compliance activities across the Legrand group of companies, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance.Your responsibilities will include:Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across applicable Legrand entities.Managing the Non-Conformance Report system and driving resolution of quality issues.Ensuring all products comply with applicable standards and certifications, including electrical safety, EMC, and fire performance.Leading internal audits and maintaining ISO 9001 certification.Managing warranty-related activities and driving reductions in warranty costs through systematic reviews.Overseeing compliance registrations with certification schemes such as EESS, GEMS/MEPS, and ActivFire.Ensuring the health and safety of your team and workplace.What we're looking for:Formal training in quality processes and auditing.Qualifications or experience in engineering or a related technical discipline.Proven experience in QA processes, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a technical team.Excellent organisational skills, time management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment.What's on Offer:Joining our team means access to amazing benefits and a supportive work environment.
