Account Executive (Closers Only) - Brisbane Office - Permanent Full Time

This is a high velocity digital marketing and online marketplace closer opportunity with no cold calling.
You are booked into virtual meetings with fully qualified prospects, then you just have to do your thing
Solution sell, position and close.
Full-time opportunity with hybrid work options once tenured.

Digital marketing, websites, Google Ads products and online marketplace software sales.
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for an Account Executive (BDM) to be part of our team due to an internal promotion.
You will be positioned as the digital expert and asked to provide guidance to our prospects via phone and virtual meetings.
You're there to help them achieve their business goals and overcome their challenges.
You will have a fully qualified brief and know everything about the customer's business going in.
You then position the right solution and manage them through the process of becoming a customer.

Here's what you will be doing each week:
You start the week reporting on the previous week's KPIs and measuring how you are tracking, then you jump into our weekly team Kahoot (Gamified Training).
You'll be booked into at least 12 meetings per week with prospects.
You comprehensively brief before each meeting with the ADR (Account Development Representative) who did the client discovery.
You follow a solution selling process that is tried and tested on our unique customer audience.
You'll then build the value and identify what the customer needs and wants, and tie that back to their objectives.
You'll then use our customised CRM to send out your proposal and follow up to close.

We will help you manage your pipeline and conversion rate to succeed.
You attend end of month division wide meetings.
We celebrate success social events in and out of the office.
There is a monthly School of Excellence training programming where you will continue to refine your skills.
Quarterly travel may be required locally and / or interstate to meet with prospects who want or need to meet in person.
Skills and experience that will help you to be successful in this role:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an account executive, sales or BDM role, where you have successfully closed a high volume of deals.
You know your way around GSuite or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
You can build rapport quickly, identify buying signals.
You will have the proven ability to guide a customer through to purchasing without being pushy.
You know the importance of managing expectations, under-promising and over-delivering.

), but you need the ability to pick up the lingo quickly.
You're able to solve problems and think on your feet to handle objections.
You will possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at using technology, phone, virtual and in-person meetings to sell and close.
You will genuinely love being part of a team, which means helping others to help our customers.
