Leaky Roof is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Objectives of This RoleExceed personal and departmental sales goals.Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects.Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and testimonials.Represent Leaky Roof as a brand ambassador, upholding our values and showcasing our exceptional services.Responsibilities:Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships.Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.Develop long-term partnerships through proactive networking.Customer Relationship ManagementEstablish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.Educate clients about Leaky Roof's services and provide tailored advice.Market Analysis and StrategyResearch market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.Suggest and adapt sales strategies based on market insights.Sales Reporting and ForecastingMonitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly results and forecasts) to meet or exceed targets.Identify and capitalize on potential opportunities through analysis.Lead ManagementReview inspection results, prepare cost estimates, and present proposals to potential clients.Implement follow-up strategies to close sales and maintain contact with clients throughout their customer journey.Mentorship and CollaborationSupport junior sales representatives by providing training, guidance, and feedback.Collaborate with team members to maximize results.Contract NegotiationNegotiate contracts, establish timeframes, and set payment schedules.Engage with clients to understand their needs and finalize agreements.What We're Looking ForProven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving mindset.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structure.Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to make a real impact by helping clients protect their homes and businesses with quality roofing solutions.If you're passionate about sales, building relationships, and driving results, we'd love to hear from youApply today and become part of the Leaky Roof team
