This home supports a mixture of female and male clients with high dependency and high-physical support needs.
Support needs include mealtime and epilepsy management, full personal care, bowel care/enema and dysphagia support .
If you are a support worker who is hands-on, compassionate, and committed to providing comprehensive care, then this role is for you.
We have short shifts available such as 6-10am, 6-9am, 2-8pm, 2-10pm and 2:30- 6:30pm.
Please do not apply if you are not looking for short shifts.

Your new role: As a Support Worker you will be: Supporting adults with complex mental health and, intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.
Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients' current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients' day to day routines, goals, and interests.
