Full-timePosition Overview:The Allied Health Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of therapy services, leading a team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient service operations. The successful candidate will be focused on patient-centred care and continuous service improvement.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, fostering professional growth and team cohesionConduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and development opportunitiesOperational Management:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencyContribute to the development and execution of organisational strategiesDrive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring client-centred care across various sectors (DVA, NDIS, Paediatric, and private)Monitor performance metrics, identifying and addressing areas for improvementQuality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirementsConduct audits and evaluations to maintain high standards of careFinancial Oversight:
Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performanceIdentify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for revenue enhancementInterdisciplinary Collaboration:
Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimise patient care and treatment plansAct as a key communicator between staff, management, patients, and familiesProfessional Development:
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for staffStay informed on industry trends and regulatory changesDevelop and deliver training programs to enhance team knowledge and skillsPatient-Centred Focus:
