Hyatt Centric Melbourne is Australia's first Centric hotel, situated in the bustling Melbourne CBD.

Featuring 277 luxurious rooms, as well as an indoor pool and gym, the Hyatt Centric Melbourne is a hotel that truly encapsulates the essence of the city.
Langlands Restaurant & Bar serves delicious local cuisine and offers stunning 180-degree views of the city from the hotel's top floor.
As the Bell Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for promptly assisting guests arriving and departing the hotel.
As an ambassador for the Hyatt Centric brand and our values, your interactions with our guests will leave them with a lasting impression.
Some of the responsibilities include: Welcome and farewell all guests arriving and departing the hotel.Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage, and transportation needs.Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest vehicles.Handle guest inquiries and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed.Move luggage, amenities, and ad-hoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms.Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the city's hidden gems.Be on hand to assist in an emergency situation where required.QualificationsAbout you: Full Australian driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver's license may be considered).Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.The ability to create relationships and possess great attention to detail.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.Culture Statement: We Are Team Centric
