About the Company: TwoScots has partnered with a well-known business that is seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager.
The company has a strong history in the Australian market, and due to growth, they have created a new role to streamline its finance functions.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of the business and ready to take on this newly created role.
Duties: Overseeing AP, AR, and Banking teams Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and sent on time Maintaining the Ledgers and debt management within company standards Final approvals on end-of-month reports Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all AP, AR and Banking matters Train and mentor existing staff, as well as building the team Continually reviewing processes and implementing change, including considering new software and procedures to streamline current business processes Analyse transactional data, reports, and available financial data to highlight trends to relevant stakeholders Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a finance function Highly skilled across different ERP systems and Excel Strong communication skills, written and verbal Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy If you feel you have the necessary experience, then please APPLY NOW
