About the Company:TwoScots has partnered with a well-known business that is seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager.
The company has a strong history in the Australian market, and due to growth, they have created a new role to streamline its finance functions.Culture + Benefits: Flexible working environmentInner suburbs of MelbourneAutonomy to make changes and improve processesExposure to senior leadershipAbout the Role:The role will oversee the AP, AR and Banking teams.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be an integral part of the business and ready to take on this newly created role.Duties: Overseeing AP, AR, and Banking teamsEnsuring invoices are correctly coded and sent on timeMaintaining the Ledgers and debt management within company standardsFinal approvals on end-of-month reportsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders on all AP, AR and Banking mattersTrain and mentor existing staff, as well as building the teamContinually reviewing processes and implementing change, including considering new software and procedures to streamline current business processesAnalyse transactional data, reports, and available financial data to highlight trends to relevant stakeholdersSkills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a finance functionHighly skilled across different ERP systems and ExcelStrong communication skills, written and verbalAbility to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail & high level of accuracyIf you feel you have the necessary experience, then please APPLY NOW Alternatively, please call Janessa on or email me at
