You will be responsible for effective forecast and budget management in line with contractual requirements.An overview of the role:Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership teamManage client relationships and ensure service delivery across the regionLead and develop the regional finance teamOversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for both client and JLLManage invoice processing and paymentEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and auditsManage and develop the team to exceed client expectations, maintain high performance, and ensure clear goals and succession plans.Requirements:10 years post formal finance qualification experience (CA, CPA)Prior experience in real estate finance or related field, ideally in a multinational environment will be a distinct advantageStrong financial management and leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusting and productive cross-regional and cross-functional relationshipsAnalytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize work within tight / competing deadlinesWhat you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brandsActive Social ClubWell-being programPaid time off for volunteer workCareer Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firmPremium officesHybrid / flexible workingAs an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
