Job Description Greencross Palm Beach is a leading veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional pet care services in Palm Beach and the surrounding areas.

Our clinic is a stone's throw from the stunning Gold Coast beaches and local cafes.
We have a full-time Vet Director and 2 Part-Time vets who are supported by a wonderful team of qualified nurses.
Our clinic includes 2 spacious consult rooms, a dedicated dental suite, surgical theatre, ultrasound, and separate cat and dog wards.
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with 1-2 years experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the clinic, ensuring a seamless experience for both our clients and our dedicated team of veterinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management :Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staffFoster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes exceptional patient care and client satisfactionOperational Excellence :Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenanceEnsure compliance with veterinary standards and regulationsClient Relations :Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptlyImplement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfactionWork closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgetsMonitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivableMarketing and Community Engagement :Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clientsEngage with the local community to build awareness of the clinic's servicesQualifications and Skills : Cert IV in Veterinary NursingProven experience in a managerial role within the veterinary industry (1-2 years at least is ideal)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulationsBusiness acumen and financial management skillsCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding client serviceReady to make waves and put your best paw forward?
