Practice Manager - Greencross Caulfield SouthFull-time Are you a Practice Manager who is passionate about mentorship and building a culture of collaboration and support? Or a Vet Nurse eager to step up into a managerial position? We are a large and busy clinic located 10km from the Melbourne CBD.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive vet and nurse team, in a well-equipped, purpose-built space consisting of 2 surgeries, in-house pathology, radiology & dental x-rays, separate dog & cat wards, and a large reception area.

You will have previous experience leading a team along with exceptional communication skills and be ready to drive our business forward using well-developed business, customer service, human resource, and operational skills.
About Your New Role Full-time position managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client recordsLeading and developing our team and building a positive team cultureEnsuring that monthly KPIs are metDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiativesDelivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersAbout Your Skills & Experience Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 3+ years clinical experienceSenior Nurse or Practice Management experienceStrong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your teamExperience with Rx Works (preferred but not essential)Strong communication and customer service skillsGood business acumen and organisational skillsIf this sounds like you, Apply Now we want to hear from you
