About Your New Role We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager or enthusiastic Senior Nurse looking for the next step in their career
Full-time positionManaging the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change managementLeading and developing our team and building a positive team cultureMonitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvementDriving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiativesDelivering outstanding service and care to all patients and ownersAbout You Cert IV qualified ideally with 3+ years' experiencein a management position, leading a team and fostering a positive cultureStrong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance toteam membersHR experience with performance monitoring and managementExperience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)Strong communication and customer service skillsGood business acumen and organisational skillsFriendly, respectful, team player attitudePassion for continuous learningIf this sounds like you,Apply Nowwe want to hear from you
