About the role: We are seeking passionate and engaging Member Service Advisors to join our dynamic HIF Member Engagement team.

We are offering x4 full-time, permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Complete a thorough 5-week full-time paid induction training at our Perth Office, beginning on October 28th, 2024, designed to ensure your success.Proficiency in intermediate computer skills, including Word and Outlook.A genuine desire and aptitude for learning about Health Insurance products.As a key point of contact, you will primarily engage with Members over the phone and email, proactively addressing their private health insurance needs.
To ensure you excel in this role, we provide comprehensive training at our Perth office.
You will receive ample support and guidance to confidently assist Members with claims, policy changes, and retention efforts.
At HIF, we prioritise work-life balance and quality customer service.
While the industry average for call centre adherence stands at 95%, we have set it at 85% to allow for breaks between calls.
