About the role Foresiight is seeking a motivated Software Support Consultant to join our team at our Brisbane office on a full-time basis.
You will enjoy being part of a supportive team and building great working relationships with our clients.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers via phone, email and online to assist with software application queriesDeveloping client relationships and becoming a trusted advisorHelping our customers to succeed through great business softwareContributing to the ongoing enhancement of the softwareAbout you Experience working in retail (or wholesale) with knowledge around sales, inventory, purchasing, or financialsGreat customer service and excellent communication skillsSome general IT knowledge and experience with Excel or SQL databases will help in your role, alternatively bring an eagerness to learn new skillsA background in trade supplies is a great head start (e.g.
tools, irrigation, rural, landscape, hardware & building supplies, auto parts) – not a requirement but helps to be familiar with how our customers do businessWhat's in it for you?
