Vertical Scope Group Consultant – Expert, Trusted & Reputable in #ICT and #CyberThe Vertical Scope Group (VSG) is continuing to grow our award-winning team and is now securing a dynamic and experienced Candidate Resourcer and Social Media Coordinator to lead and streamline our resourcing and social media activities within our organisation.
Based in Heidelberg West, as a Social Media Professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic communications and social media marketing plans and content, supporting senior management in their strategic execution, and working with our Business Development team to manage and grow current and new markets of candidates.
You will also oversee the creation and distribution of social media marketing materials, ensuring brand visibility and market reach.
As a resourcer you will be leveraging all your social media skills to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for Vertical Scope Group (VSG).

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Resourcer and Social Media Coordinator to take charge of and enhance our internal communications and marketing initiatives.
In this strategic position, you will be responsible for crafting and executing communication and marketing strategies, managing the production and distribution of marketing materials, and supporting business development activities leading to higher candidate attraction.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive market growth.
This role demands a highly organized individual with exceptional marketing skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting the company's online presence, managing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards.
You will also: Assist in the development and execution of management's strategic communications and marketing plan.Leverage modern marketing practices and tools to increase brand visibility and market reach.Work closely with senior management to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.Assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing and expanding current and new markets through targeted social media marketing campaigns and resourcing appropriate candidates.Strengthen the company's online presence by effectively utilizing social media and digital platforms.Prepare and deliver regular reports on social media marketing initiatives and results to senior management.Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to increase social media efficiency.Provide administrative support to the recruitment and business development teams.Assist with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.About Us: Why should you join team VSG?
