The Group operates six clubs as well as a state-of-the-art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.About usLady Banks is Sydney's largest rooftop bar, which is a multi-seasonal sanctuary inspired by its horizon.
This chic relaxed and sophisticated bar is the perfect space whether it be for a social gathering, after work drinks or for a special event - it's the perfect spot to enjoy stunning cocktails and delicious tapas, with 360-degree views of Sydney.The roleWe are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the Lady Banks Management team.
This role will be pivotal in the operation of Lady Banks Rooftop bar, ensuring the delivery of exemplary guest experiences and assisting in establishing the right energy and atmosphere for the rooftop bar.You will really get to make this role your own and have a creative voice when it comes to designing new menus and business strategies.The role will be predominantly responsible for assisting the Venue Manager in driving business performance, managing day-to-day restaurant and bar operations as well as delivering high service standards.
