We use premium local ingredients for our delicious, classic, and on-trend recipes.Burger Urge Forster is a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant chain with a passion for burgers.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture.
We don't want a clipboard manager - we want someone who is motivated, hardworking, and embraces change.The RoleManaging day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer serviceEnsuring the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained.Building and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and partnersDeveloping and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.Monitoring and analysing sales and financial data to make informed business decisions.Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture that fosters teamwork and collaboration.Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.Burger Urge PerksGenerous employee discount on all menu items and merchandiseGrowing company with expanding roles and promotion pathwaysStrong market position within the industry with ongoing job security assured.What are we seeking?A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality managementProven experience in motivating and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for driving change and continuous improvement.Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.A hands-on and can-do attitudeIf you are an energetic, hardworking, and motivating individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving positive change, we would love to hear from you.
