Senior Manager Commercial

Position Overview: The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will lead a team responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
This role partners with senior leadership to provide insights on financial performance, drive decision-making, and ensure the alignment of financial objectives with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of commercial finance professionals.
Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management.
Monitor and manage P&L performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification preferred.
CA/CPA Qualified 1o+ years of commercial finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.
Experience managing and developing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
