Ongoing, Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week)Remuneration Aligned with NSW Health LevelsSoutheast Sydney Location - Work in community and from homeThe Role You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants aged 65 and over, supporting them in maintaining their independence at home.
Play a critical role in providing care for aged care clients, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life while managing chronic conditions, preventing falls, and enhancing overall well-being.
