As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory clients.Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for the delivery of Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services across 3 x Residential Aged Care facilities in North Melbourne: Keilor, Melton, and Pascoe Vale.You must be able to work Thursdays and FridaysYour responsibilities will include:Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clientsWork holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care planEducate clients and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy livesLiaise with facility to ensure effective communicationWork autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reportsDo you have what it takes?We are looking for someone that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our people.
You will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome-focused and dedicated to delivering an exceptional service to our clients.
