As the Spa Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, drive guest service excellence, and manage financial performance, ensuring there is a level of service where guests leave the spa feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.
A few of your responsibilities: Leading and motivating our spa team to continuously deliver five-star serviceMonitoring financial performance by managing the stock, controlling costs, profit and loss expenses, and wages through effective staffing levelsDesigning strategic marketing plans to meet sales targetsRecruiting, developing, and training our spa team (including performance reviews)Communicating with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achievedWhat are we looking for: A strong understanding of spa operations and team management, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiencesPrevious experience in the beauty field, with a deep appreciation for wellness and luxury servicesPrevious leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards collective successA passionate and driven individual, committed to providing exceptional guest service and creating unforgettable moments of indulgenceFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry and prioritising operational excellenceAbout you: You will have in-depth knowledge of spa operations and experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury spa.
