As a senior client lead within the Starcom agency, the Business Director is responsible for driving a trusted business partnership with clients to ensure we create experiences people love and actions brands need linked to business outcomes for our clients.
This role is also integral in ensuring that we are cultivating a high-performing team with high retention.
The Business Director will collaborate with the Client Services Director to deliver the overall Starcom Vision and Strategy.
Your scope will include: Client Partner Understand the client's business to create strategic and positive business partnerships with existing senior clients (Marketing Directors, Senior Brand Managers) with support from CSD.Support the development and delivery of our client business plan and drive continual uplift of our TRR scores and delivery of any associated KPIs.Identifies and drives organic growth opportunities with existing clients.Lead the Starcom HX planning framework on all key briefs, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly by setting and leading the team working cadence under our Starcom Ways of working.Capability and Culture Leader Ownership of delivery of Performance Development reviews including development plans for direct reports; proactive identification and management of performance issues (with support from People and Culture);Support the CSD in creating an environment that inspires, challenges and develops highly engaged teams to optimise their performance.Role model leadership behaviours aligned to our culture and beliefs.Continuously develop and elevate the capability of our teams and be responsible for the continuous uplift of agency cultural metrics.Responsible for delivering client contractual commitments across all relevant channelsDelivery of accurate forecasting in line with agreed processBrand Ambassador Champion the Starcom brand across clients, media partners, trade press and wider Publicis Groupe agencies.
