The role Nobu Matsuhisa's acclaimed Japanese Peruvian restaurant is the jewel amongst the restaurants of Crown Sydney.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resolute individual to join the Nobu kitchen team as a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will directly support the management team to implement, develop, and uphold operational procedures, standards, and goals.
You will oversee a kitchen section to ensure smooth operations.
The following responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
