We're on the lookout for Business Lending Service Consultants in our Small Business Contact Centre.As a Business Lending Service Consultant, you will wield the power to unravel complexity and make financial matters delightfully simple for our valued customers.In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls with existing and new Business lending enquiries, while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLDWork Hours: Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Business Lending Service Consultant, you will:Respond to incoming calls from Business Lending customersComplete follow-up tasks that require Outbound calls to Business Lending customersDeliver exceptional customer experiencesWork within a quality driven and compliant environmentManage complaints within required timeframes, policy and proceduresCollaborate across channels to meet customer needsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experience in delivering high quality customer experience within required timeframesDemonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measuresGood problem solving and negotiation skillsEffective interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment, building positive working relationships and contributing to team successCommitted to self-development and opportunities to increase capability in roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of compliance standardsBackground in lending, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required)Experience in a contact centre environment or an operational/support role would be highly regardedYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
