As a valued member of the team, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt; you are critical to contributing to optimal cash flow of the business.Key responsibilities include:Process customer payments from the bank statement daily.Release orders for both Trade and Cash sale accounts.Process credit card payments.Debt collection of both Trade and COD accounts.Handle and resolve customer queries via phone and email.Reconciliation of accounts.Partner with internal stakeholders who will assist you to achieve reconciling the bank statement.Attend Credit Meetings as required.About YouWe are seeking an applicant who has prior experience in an AR role.
