Job Description As a Credit Officer in Shift's Micro Business team you will primarily be responsible for assessing businesses with annual turnover of under $1.5 million p.a.
against Shift's policies and guidelines whilst delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will do this with a solution-oriented focus and methodical process whilst operating with a sense of urgency while working in a supportive team environment.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop in the field of credit analysis.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications How you will make a difference
Thorough understanding of the bank statement connection processes A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Skills that set you apart
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Strong diagnostic and cognitive skills Familiar with business/commercial lending products Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities / Duties: Assess customers against the appropriate policies and guidelines.
Ensure that all data used to assess the credit of a customer is appropriately input to models assessments etc.
Liaise with broker customers as appropriate to obtain information.
Communicate outcomes to customers and brokers in a clear and professional manner.
