Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project
Clough , as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project 'CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for a
Senior Project Engineer
with a focus on Civil and working on
19:9 rotation
to join our team on Project Ceres.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate project activities and report on project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for civil engineering designs and solutions.
Mentor and lead civil engineering team.
Review and approve engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
Track project performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Act as the primary point of focus for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed.
Monitor expenditures and track project costs against the budget.
Implement quality control processes to ensure that deliverables are met.
Prepare and submit necessary permits and documentation required for project approvals.
Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and review issues and risks, as well as opportunities.

Key Requirements
10+ years' experience within civil engineering, ideally with experience on lump sum and EPC projects.
Experience working in a multi-tasking environment under time pressures and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Proven project management and leadership abilities.
Experience working within an oil & gas setting.
PMP certification is advantageous.
Ability to work 19:9 rotation to site.
