The team is often the first point of contact for DPV clients and is committed to providing its services with professionalism, quality and efficiency.We are recruiting part-time (0.66) Client Services Representative to work across a variety of DPV Health sites who will ensure service delivery at reception is delivered in a professional, proficient and caring manner to staff members and clients of DPV Health.This position is five days a week Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youApplicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office Products and highly developed communication and problem-solving skills to manage complex enquiries.
