About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team at LK & KC CONTRUCTION in Hornsby, NSW and Central Coast area, NSW.
As a full-time Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery.Oversee the implementation of construction plans and provide technical guidance to the team.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or challenges.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the construction project.Provide mentorship and training to junior members of the construction team.What we're looking for Extensive experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues as they arise.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.A valid construction industry white card and relevant trade qualifications.What we offer
