'About the RoleTCWA are currently seeking an Administration Coordinator to join our busy and high performing Port Hedland team.
This position is a residential role and only candidates who reside in the Hedland area will be considered.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will see you responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations of the front office and providing key administrative support to the team.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Answering incoming phone calls & greeting customers at service reception counterAssisting with the scheduling of repair workProcessing of job cards and WIPManaging branch supplies and ensuring the upkeep of facilitiesCoordination of the onboarding of new employees to ensure that they are ready to commence for their first dayBooking flights for FIFO employees according to their FIFO rosterTimesheet management and branch payroll processingProcessing daily banking for the branchAssisting the Parts and Service team as requiredThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:Previous exposure and experience in an administrative position would be highly desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentThe ability to work well under pressureStrong organization and time management skillsCurrent Driver's License & reliable vehicleWhat we OfferCompetitive remuneration and annual CPI increasesLoyalty Leave - additional day of leave per year of service (up to 5 days)Exposure to factory training, our in-house training department, industry leading tooling, product specialists and diagnosticsRecognition and rewardsA workplace that cares about your safety supporting the Zero Harm initiativeHealth and Wellbeing MATES program - EAP counselling and supportHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated and results driven individual with a strong work ethic and would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, then we would love to hear from you.
