Novaskill is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Organisation (RTO & GTO) which offers a wide range of Vocational Education and Training pathways to our communities.
Our footprint is established with 7 locations branching from Northern NSW all the way down to the Central Coast.
We offer introductory and continuing education in Business, Hospitality, Construction, Carpentry, Horticulture, Individual Support, Aged care, Disability and Training & Assessment.

What is the role?As this role is part time, we are happy to work with you to provide flexibility in how this could look.
Ideally, we would be after someone between 25-30 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
This role is responsible for creating outcome focused marketing material – your content creation will directly assist our sales team.Maintaining and enhancing our website, social media platforms and print-based materials.All things marketing, graphic design and communicationsYou will also assist with showcasing the talent of both our team and our apprentices and trainees, by helping to put together award nominations, and then highlighting all of our winsDuties Include:Working with our operational team to execute our strategic marketing plan and create engaging and fun content to reach our many target markets.
Your content will help us achieve growth outcomes.This will also include content creation for internal campaigns to motivate, inspire and encourage our staff.We use Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier etc.
), Wordpress, Google Marketing Platform (Ads, Analytics, My business etc), Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite and lots more.
