Independent Relationships: While Boby facilitates connections, the relationship between security professionals and clients remains independent of the platform.Security Intelligence Service (SIS): Join a network of Special Agents - a union of security officers designed to foster camaraderie, support, and collaboration in building safer communities.Self-Funded Training Model: Our hierarchical system creates a self-sustaining cycle of training and support.
As you progress, you'll train your team, who in turn train their teams, building a network that supports everyone involved.Membership Benefits: Your membership contribution helps Boby develop new systems and tools to support the network, fostering independence for security professionals.Holistic Community Security: Be part of a ground-breaking approach that emphasizes cooperation and mutual support among security professionals.Team Success is Your Success: Your growth is tied to the success of your team, creating a truly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities: Set up security Boby Places in your local postcode.Conduct patrols in your neighbourhood to establish rapport with local businesses.Collaborate with Boby Place Asset Managers to ensure community safety.Opportunity to build and lead a team of Security Officers.Engage in ongoing training and education to move up ranks.Respond to incident reports in your area through the Boby app.Flexible Pay Structure: Boby offers a unique pay-as-you-go system that benefits both security professionals and clients:
Free initial response to assist Peelers (Boby app users).Recommended call-out fee structure:$24 for the first 15 minutes$25 for each additional 15-minute increment$99 per hour for the first 4 hoursRates for extended services (over 4 hours) are negotiable.Future opportunities: $1 patrol blocks (requires 40 Boby Places to agree to patrols in set hours).Potential to establish retainer-based patrols.Qualifications: Valid government-issued security licence.Strong skills in security monitoring, patrolling, and incident response.Ability to work independently.Knowledge of security technologies and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Please Note: This is an independent contractor opportunity.
You'll be responsible for your own licensing, insurance, taxes, and superannuation.
Support structure: Team leaders will be trained to guide you through every step of your journey.
As teams grow, you'll have access to higher-ranking Special Agents for additional support.
