Due to continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Services Senior Manager/Partner to join their team.

The Role
As the Business Services Senior Manager/Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
Statutory Compliance: Oversee compliance for companies, trusts, individuals, and SMSFs.Management Accounting & Reporting: Provide monthly management reports and financial analysis to clients.Tax Research & Advisory: Stay ahead of complex tax issues, offering expert advice and solutions to clients.Business Advisory & Consulting: Help clients grow and optimize their businesses with strategic advice.Staff Development: Review the work of junior team members (graduates and intermediates), providing guidance and feedback.Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.Client & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients and regulatory bodies.Tax Knowledge Management: Maintain and update tax knowledge within the firm.About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with:
