Business Services Senior Manager/ Partner Paying up to $200K About the Firm
Our client is a well-established and growing accounting firm with over 20 dedicated staff members.
Due to continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Services Senior Manager/Partner to join their team.

The Role
As the Business Services Senior Manager/Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
Statutory Compliance : Oversee compliance for companies, trusts, individuals, and SMSFs.
Management Accounting & Reporting : Provide monthly management reports and financial analysis to clients.
Tax Research & Advisory : Stay ahead of complex tax issues, offering expert advice and solutions to clients.
Business Advisory & Consulting : Help clients grow and optimize their businesses with strategic advice.
Staff Development : Review the work of junior team members (graduates and intermediates), providing guidance and feedback.
Leadership : Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.
Client & Regulatory Liaison : Act as the primary contact for clients and regulatory bodies.
Tax Knowledge Management : Maintain and update tax knowledge within the firm.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with:
Public Practice Experience : Proven experience in a public practice firm with a strong track record in business services and advisory.
Qualifications : CPA or CA qualification is essential.
Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Xero and Excel is highly desirable.
Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Relationship Building : Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and staff.
