Currently seeking a Property Manager, to join a multi-facet Brisbane Development company.
Our client is established and well known for their quality developments, team culture, and employee tenure - they are leaders in Onsite Property Management, Caretaking, and Building Management.
An opportunity to manage a portfolio of HIGH-END properties in a BRAND NEW development, with world-class facilities.

The Role: Property Management for 130 propertiesNO Leasing PLUS dedicated administration support & 2x dedicated virtual assistantsReplying to and following up on inquiries, and property management tasksEntry, exits, and routine inspections + reportsWorking with trades and contractors, issuing work orders accordinglyKey managementLiaising with the building team on any defectsHandling tenant inquiries and leasing properties with thelandlord's best interest in mindLiaising with Body Corporates/Caretaking teamThe Candidate:
2+ years of Property Management experienceQLD Certificate of RegistrationStrong legislation knowledgeHigh level of attention to detailStrong organisational skillsOutstanding telephone manner & time managementCorporate presentation
