Let's care for tomorrow, so we can create a better future together, for everyone.About the roleDesign and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases in consultation with business stakeholders and IT/project teams, to ensure complete and accurate reflection of system changes in the general ledger, in a manner that aligns with Allianz Australia standards, practices, and methodologies.Assess impacts of new/changes to systems on Finance processes, identify, design, and implement process optimisation opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and/or controllership.Review the end-to-end data and process flow, identify inefficiencies, understand the impact of end-to-end changes on the General Ledger (GL) and present the results of the analysis and recommended solutions to Product Owner and relevant stakeholders.Prepare and execute UAT Test Plans, test estimates, test completion reports and ensure proper and accurate documentation of UAT artefacts.Proactively provide regular UAT progress statistics and reports to senior stakeholders.About youProfessional accounting qualification (CA/CPA).Significant (5 Years) testing experience and clear understanding of insurance general ledger.Experience in process design and implementation and in planning and writing test documents.Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle and the SDLC Deliverables and how they relate to Agile delivery methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audience at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.Strong analytical skills, reporting and problem-solving skills.Benefits and perksInclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every dayFlexible Work-Life Balance: Enjoy flexible and remote work options and workplace adjustments, with support for your work/life balance.Career Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.Financial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program - own a piece of your employerAbout our cultureWe care about everything that makes you, you.
