About the role Permanent full-time opportunity to provide high-level clinical knowledge and skills to deliver specialist contemporary, evidence-based social work clinical services and leadership as a member of the multidisciplinary team for consumers over 65 years with complex mental health issues, their families/carers and relevant stakeholders within an inpatient setting.About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:Apply high-level knowledge, skills and independent judgement in the assessment and treatment planning for consumers over 65 years with multimorbidity and complex needs who are inpatients of the Caboolture Mental Health Units and their families/carers, in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers Professional Practice Standards and Code of Ethics.
