About the role Permanent full time opportunity to provide social work clinical leadership within STARS, requiring the independent application of clinical expertise in a highly complex and varied patient population. The role is central to ensuring quality discharges and maintaining patient flow within the geriatric and rehabilitation service lines within STARS, which includes patient cohorts with a prolonged length of stay due to various complicating factors, primarily NDIS, transition to RACF, and convalescing patients; inclusive of supporting colleagues and providing clinical advice within scope.
