Your Mission Transform Operations: Implement new processes and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability in our warehouse operations.Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a small, dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Drive Customer Experience: Ensure seamless logistics and exceptional click-and-collect services that exceed customer expectations.Innovate and Optimise: Spearhead automation and process improvements to stay ahead in a competitive market.What You Bring Proven Expertise: A strong background in warehouse and logistics management, in fast-paced sectors like e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.Operational Savvy: Deep understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and transportation compliance requirements.Leadership Excellence: Exceptional team management and motivational skills to lead your team to success.Problem-Solving Pro: Analytical and innovative thinking to tackle challenges head-on.Process Improver: Hands-on experience with automation or process enhancement initiatives, including research, implementation and rollout of WMS —or insights from observing and supporting a senior leader on best practices.Communication Star: Strong organisational and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams.Why Join Us?
