We are looking for a National Account Manager - Chemist Warehouse - Australia & New Zealand to join our company on a full-time basis.
About the role...
The National Account Manager CWH ANZ will be responsible for the achievement of sales, distribution and market share growth across Chemist Warehouse ANZ for Caruso's Natural Health.
You will be instrumental in executing the business strategy and partnering to implement joint business and marketing plans in line with the brand and strategic direction of CNH.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships, this role will maximise the potential of the partnership using your strategic management of ranging, New Product Development, and promotional initiatives combined with your category and sales experience and expertise.
Working cross functionally, you will liaise between Sales, Field Team, Marketing, and Operations, providing market updates, competitor insights, and forecasting accurately to meet demand and maximise sales.
What you will do...
Drive overall strategy for Chemist Warehouse ANZ across all platforms Drive new customer strategy in NZ Achieve and exceed KPI's of sales, market share, distribution, volume, and profitability of accounts through sales partner's Manage the profitability of accounts by understanding Cost of Goods Sold and managing profits, rebates, cooperative funds, and ensure return on investment is within agreed business objectives Partner with marketing to develop joint sales and marketing plans in line with brand and channel strategy Implement and monitor joint sales and marketing plans to ensure effective execution and alignment of negotiated business objectives Develop a thorough understanding of accounts including needs, requirements, and their strategic plans for growth in the category Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with partners to achieve growth of sales, distribution, and market share Execute regular face-to-face appointments to mutually discuss account sales performance, sales and promotional activity, providing an informative business update including data analysis, category insights, and recommendations for sales maximisation Travel ANZ as required to perform your role for account visits, conferences, and industry expos Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement to accurately plan and forecast sales including uplift for promotional activity and provide forecasting for major promotions NPD acceptance Work with the National Training and Education Manager to ensure effective execution of training programs What is on offer?

3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar or equivalent role within a like business is essential A degree or qualification in a business-related area is ideal Have a clear understanding of the operations of the Key Business Partner CWH Have excellent customer relationship management coupled with superb negotiating skills Display an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operations of the Key Business Partner If you believe you are the right fit for this role, please provide a cover letter outlining your suitability and demonstrating your experience.
