THE COMPANYThis leading global business is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team.
Based in Melbourne, this role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Hybrid working arrangements are on offer, with the ability to work from the Melbourne CBD or South East office.
This temporary role starts on the 6th of January, with an initial commitment of 3 months.ABOUT THE ROLEImplement HR solutions in line with business strategyProvide recommendations and solutions across different HR areasDevelop new HR policies, practices and programsAssist with complex Employee Relations issuesAdvise manager and supervisors on workplace relations and WH&SABOUT YOUPrevious experience in an HR Advisor positionStrong experience in Employee RelationsExperience in industries such as construction, mining or health care is highly regardedExperience in interpreting Australian employment laws and WH&SBENEFITSCompetitive salary on offerImmediate start for the right candidateHybrid work arrangementsIf this sounds like you, please apply using the appropriate link.
