Full timeHelp us build the future and we'll help you build a rewarding and purposeful career.Who are we looking for?We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team, located at our office in Perth, Western Australia.Our global network is made up of architects, designers, planners, engineers, and environmental scientists all working towards the same goal.Join a team that brings inspirational architecture, landscapes, townscapes and places to our world, and we'll provide you unlimited space to grow.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Design of mechanical engineering projects for clients, predominantly in the Building Services space, including using design software as required to develop and deliver technically excellent mechanical designs and prepare drawings and associated design documentsSupport, and lead where assigned, in report writing, investigation and technical analysis of client deliverablesUnderstand the client's expectations and help manage the client interfaceAccountable for the delivery of projects to the client's expectations and requirementsManage client expectations regarding project time, cost, quality and client contact frequencyWhat you will bring to the team:Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering5+ years relevant experience in a consulting environmentProject experience across Building Services, including, but not limited to, schools, hospitals, government buildings, and shopping centresHolds Australian citizenship or is working towards CitizenshipEligible and preferably pursuing professional registration (Chartered status or equivalent)Why GHD?Come together and make a meaningful impact.We bring our people together to create something bigger and solve some of the world's most complex problems.
