Vet Nurse - Greencross Caringbah - Maternity Leave Contract An opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join our Caringbah team
**Start date August 2024**
Located in Petbarn, we have 2 spacious consult rooms, a cat ward, dog ward, large prep room area, and a fully equipped surgery room.
We have a friendly clientele, both well-established long-standing clients as well as lots of new faces recently finding their way to us - we pride ourselves on the close relationships we have with our clients

We are a down-to-earth, easy-going, and compassionate team who would love to welcome an experienced and like-minded Vet Nurse
About your new role:
Maternity Leave Contract starting August 2024 Part-time hours/3-4 days a week Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care Performing minor procedures when required Caring, handling, and cleaning all animals Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment About your skills and your experience:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with min.
2+ years of experience An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Ability to work with initiative, as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment A calm and friendly presence Great communication and customer service skills Knowledge of RX Works and Smartflow ideal but not essential Interested?
