UNSW College is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Transformation Office .
This exciting role will help develop, build and embed change capability and support delivery of major transformation initiatives across UNSW College.

Role Overview:
The Change Manager will provide expert project change management advice and support to the Sponsors, Business Owner and Project Manager for one or more projects/initiatives.
Working in partnership with the Project Manager, the Change Manager is responsible for managing all people impacts that will result from project implementation and transition to BAU to ensure the business and employees are ready, willing and able to accept the change into their day-to-day working lives and that defined value and benefits are realised.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Change impact assessment: Identify and assess change management impacts to people, process and technology that will result from project implementation.
Use as a fact base for detailed change planning.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand their change needs and provide insights into the stakeholder groups, knowledge and ability gaps.
Stakeholder engagement and management: Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans, identifying all stakeholders and strategies to ensure stakeholders understand the change and required outcomes.
Engage widely to build effective relationships and coach and support leaders to enable them to lead their teams on the change journey.
Change management planning and delivery: Lead the design, development, and delivery of change management plans and supporting communications, training and embedding plans, ensuring alignment to UNSW College change framework and business strategy and that reinforce adoption, adaptation and acceptance of change.
Ensure all change-related materials and plans are readily available, maintained and accessible.
Change Measurement: Develop and maintain goals for planned outcomes and success metrics for change activities; create content for board reports, Steering Committee and project team.
Use results to proactively anticipate and address change challenges, risks and celebrate bright spots.
What we're looking for include (but not limited to):
A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
Demonstrated experience in delivering and measuring internal change initiatives that support transformational change within a complex organisational environment.
Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, to quickly form strong relationships and influence to achieve desired outcomes.
