The Wood Minerals & Metals team is currently delivering critical metals projects, including Copper, Nickel, Lithium, Vanadium, Rare Earths, and Base Metals.
This portfolio of projects ranges from studies through to EPCM packages working on developments in Australia and internationally – Australia through to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

This opportunity is looking for those with experience within engineering consultancy, EPCM industry, particularly in the resources sector ideally within mineral processing projects.

Your skills and experience in working on complex projects have seen your expertise come through in providing effective solutions and building strong stakeholder relations.
In addition, this role is seeking:
Formal qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar from a recognised tertiary institution.
Chartership, Professional Engineer (PE) status, or equivalent relevant professional license/registration from a recognised national or industry engineering institution is highly regarded.
Ability to discover issues and recommend solutions to technical and commercial issues uncovered during the course of performing assignments.
Ability to initiate the exchange of required technical concepts and information with the Design staff and other disciplines.
Demonstrates ability to effectively manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials, etc.)
and to motivate and mentor others.
Demonstrates skills in problem solving, team building, and total quality management.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the various Business Units, Functions, Sectors, and services offered within business areas, a good understanding of other Wood business offerings, and a strong ability to network and connect internal stakeholders.
