Our Client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector.
They are looking for a Project Manager to join their greenfield Records Management program.
This Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the records management program.
This role will require a deep understanding of records management principles, privacy regulations, and data exposure risks.
Responsibilities: Project Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive records management program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protect sensitive data.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data exposure and privacy breaches.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, APRA).
Records Management Strategy: Develop and implement a robust records management strategy, including policies, procedures, and retention schedules.
Data Governance: Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
Project Management: Lead and manage various project initiatives related to records management, including system implementations, process improvements, and compliance audits.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management within Financial Services, with a focus on records management and compliance.
3-5 Years experience in Records management and Privacy in Financial Services sector.
Strong understanding of records management principles, data privacy laws, and risk management frameworks.
Experience successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly cash and transactional banking.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
