As such we aim to match the candidate to our culture not just the role.We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our teamThis role is responsible for working alongside our Customer service/administrations team to undertake all general and administrative duties in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and be focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients through streamlining processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies throughout the lifecycle of the project and general office processes.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative tasks to assist all departments including Construction, Restorations, Makesafe and AccountsClient engagement and customer serviceSending/receiving and organising quotations and contractsUpdating and lodging forecasting reportsLiaising with various teams and organizing tradesDistributing information to contractorsSupporting and scheduling site Estimators/Supervisors with appropriate administration requirementsHelp overcome issues that may arise and be actively involved in the problem-solving of the day-to-day operationsRequirementsThe ability to manage multiple and competing prioritiesWell-mannered telephone and customer service skillsCommunicate (and consult) effectively to all levels of the business, both written and verballyHave strong dispute-resolution skills and listening skillsAbility to complete reportsWhat we can offer youCompetitive Salary PackageAdditional days off each yearOngoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive work environment that values teamwork and professional growthTo apply, please submit your resume, along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are passionate about a career in customer service.We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our teamNote: Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
